We are a small business where every employee is responsible for multiple tasks. Problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize what needs to be done and complete that task are a must. Fly fishing experience is a must.

Fly Fishing Guide
Davidson River Outfitters is looking for a friendly outgoing fly fishing guide who is self-motivated with a strong work ethic. If you have a passion for fly fishing and enjoy teaching and sharing your passion with others then this could be a new career for you. Our guide season starts in February and runs through late November, one of the longest working seasons in the industry. We are looking for a walk and wade fishing guide.
Pay is based on experience. Fly fishing experience is a must, knowledge of the area streams will also be needed. Guide experience is preferred, but willing to train the right individual on the guiding aspect. To guide you must have first aid and CPR or higher certification and an NC guide license. You will also have to pass a USFS background check.
